I have noticed a very new and powerful ability for me to place my boat in the stream and to go with the flow now that I am part of this stream with gratitude for all that is around me. And when I begin to waver, which sometimes creeps up as what is still so very familiar, I now find myself looking skyward and thanking this Universe for all that I have and am privileged to be part of. Gratitude is the fuel of this greatness that frees us from the illusion we are living separate lives and that we must always struggle upstream. This experiment has caused me to connect with a little bit of Universal Source and I am so honored to have been part of it. I am grateful to all who have made this project possible and to all of us who have participated. I am now living a larger and more fulfilled life. Thank you!

Oh please…I need at least One Hundred and One Days of Gratitude!
I will keep using the journal, which I’m very grateful for! I have made my own private blog which i also use for a gratitude journal and also play the ‘what I like about ___ is…’ game. I try to include something I am not enjoying at the time, to find the gratitude in what doesn’t go so right. Thanks foir this experience!

These last 21 days have been extremely unusual in many ways. Zimbabwe is tough to live in, and this last year has been exceedingly hard.. and yet, within this last 3 week period, I have been offered a free trip, by a wonderful brother, to a neighbouring country to get away from it all; the visa applications came through in a week instead of the mandatory 2 weeks; a friend in Canada, out of the blue, sent me some money toward the trip .. and a friend of hers, who I do not know, also has contributed some money for me which will be used to purchase new spectacles from the neighbouring country. It feels like i have been endowed with richness and generosity like never before. I have been in an overwhelmed state throughout this period. It has been immensely humbling and enriching all at once. I do believe that this gratitude ‘game’ has been a huge contributory factor to it. I will endeavour to continue (as bobby04040 said) using a journal, in the hope that my focus remains on the positive and not the negative. I have to say that I am so unbelievably grateful to everyone in my world and within this cyberworld too. Thank you Elyse and all.

The 21 Days of Gratitude have been enrichingly wonderful! I begin and end each day with positive thoughts of appreciation. My happiness vibration has expanded. I consciously use positive words to express myself…negativity feels uncomfortable. Thank you Elyse and all…Thank you God!

  8. Wow .. 21 days already! Well, thank you so much Elyse, this has been a wonderful experience filled with learning and friendship. Nothing really exceptional happened for me, although I am up four points on the Gratitude Survey :-)

It is wonderful to read everybody’s comments day by day, especially today when I read how Annew’s life has changed - I wish you the very best Annew; enjoy every moment!

Thank you everybody. If anybody does feel like keeping contact, my email is weric@btinternet.com and if you could put 21 Days of Gratitude Friend in the headed (at least at first) then my filters wont drop your message.

    Thankyou SO much Elyse.

This 21 days has been an interesting experience! I was lucky enough to be a part of your last online group activity in June, and the major outcome in that time was that I attained an AMAZING new job, one that was better than I could have hoped for, paid well, and I have a relaxed, supportive, secure atmosphere in which to work.

This time round I found I had no trouble being grateful, yet I followed your lead, read the latest posts from you first thing each day, and played both the prosperity game and used the gratitude journal.

Wow. I have been trying ALL year to catch up on being behind in my finances, thanks to a tough first 6 months employment wise. Even the second half of the year, even with my great new job, I’ve still been playing catchup to bills and the like. I have been trying to refinance my situation, to eliminate some bad debt, and to start down the road of investing in assets. Due to my situation earlier in the year, I have had no luck with achieving a fresh start from the banks etc.

Uncanny then, that during this 21 days of gratitude that I not only find a switched on, local bank manager who looks like he is willing to see the bigger picture, my new direction and refinance me, but I also found an old friend who has a number of investment properties who is willing to mentor me along my way. I realise this is a money focused outcome, but as all other areas of my life are progressing nicely thanks to daily action and having outlined clear definate goals for each area of my life, finance has been the last struggle for me.

Once this refinance goes through, my whole situation will change, and I will have both a strong positive cashflow, no bad debt, and a new home to boot. I am blessed!!

Amazing that the two BIGGEST financial changes to my life both happen during one of your guided activities. Chance, or syncronicity : )

Thankyou Elyse, I now see the universe is indeed loving and generous, if we simply take the time to appreciate that.

    I So get it : )

    Love and light to all!

  10. I wanted to share what I got out of the 21 days of gratitude. I loved this exercise and will continue it. I found myself going in almost daily and even at the end of the day saying as I went to bed the things I was grateful for during the day. I shifted enormously. I began attracting many things. I talked to three new prospective clients, began with two others, found a new office outside of my home in which to meet clients who don’t want coaching by phone, got several surprise and great deals on clothing and a file cabinet for my office, feel assured that we will have everything we need for Christmas for our children, became centered, reassured and happy about the state of our finances, have a powerful tool to share with other people, and am just generally very happy and joyful. My plan is to continue journaling on the site. Thanks for the exercise and a great tool for recording blessings. It certainly contributes to a high vibrational state.

    Dear Elyse,
I want to thank you for the choosing prosperity game and for the gratitude journal, those are activities I enjoy everyday. I absolutely love the way I feel since I’ve started the journal, and if I feel little frustrated or get a sad feeling I can easily turn it around and feel good again.
    Thank you,
    Darlene Baldwin

    Hi Elyse,

it’s so very cool to get your wonderful messages in my mail, keeps me grounded. Currently on an oil rig, at sea off new zealand (my home) diving.

I’m changing my life with my thoughts, I’m on my way to creating my life as I want it to be. Grattitude and appreciation of others I have found to be a really effective way to personal growth.

    Thanks,
    Matt.

This 21 day program has been/is the best! For all that you do to help us along the path of awakening to our true selves, I am immensely grateful. I come away with a feeling of peace and gratitude after each call and just can’t say thank you enough. Though the challenge is to keep that going after the calls, I know so much more and have experienced so much more because of each of you that I see hope and love in the world in a whole new way. You are truly blessings to those of us in your programs and in turn to the world as a whole. What good works you are both doing by bringing your beautiful energy to so many of us.
    THANK YOU!
In ever growing light and joy,
    Judy Gray

Thank you so much for “21 Days of Gratitude.” I’m much more aware of the power of gratitude in my life; my day feels much more full and rewarding when I’m in the vibe of gratitude. I’m excited about continuing my Gratitude Journal and reminding myself that I do have a wonderful and fulfilling life.

I noticed around day 18 I began to feel lighter and more optimistic. I was somewhere around 3 and 4 on the release meditations, and my first score on the gratitude quiz was a 35. I began to really feel grateful for all the little things and see some big picture things more clearly. I felt more bliss and contentment. The last release mediation visualization was very powerful for me. I even got my son and husband thinking of things to be grateful for. It is really incredible. I scored a 40 when I retook the quiz. And 8 on the last release meditation. I’d like to do it again!

First I’d like to thank you for setting up such a powerful programme! By being grateful I noticed that I keep attracting more things to be grateful for. It’s really fun looking for gifts in life to thank for.
